Delivery Policy

Most orders are despatched within 1-4 days of receipt. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are expected to be picked, packed and despatched on the next business day. Please note that in the busy months leading up to Christmas, orders may take a little longer. We will either send an email or call you if there are any delays in delivery.

Wizard Magic Pens does not accept liability, whether for direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage, arising due to any delay in delivery of the Products or any failure to deliver the Products ordered by You for whatever reason.

Australia

Our customers, within Australia, generally receive goods in 2 to 5 working days, depending on their destination.

We provide two options for delivery as follows:

Standard Delivery (default for all Australian orders) AUD $9.95
Express Delivery (using Express Post) AUD $15.00 (this is only available on special request)

International Deliveries

All International Delivery charges are calculated in accordance with Item 34 of the Australia Post AirMail rates, plus a small charge (usually no more than AUD$2.00) for a padded shipping bag to protect the goods in transit.

These charges will automatically be added to your order. However, for all orders we will calculate the actual cost of shipping and contact you if the amount will be greater than the rate quoted above. Bulky items may require additional delivery charges, you can send us an email or call requesting a quotation of the shipping cost if you are unsure.

Stock Availability

We try to have our complete range in stock at all times. However, it may be possible that an item is temporarily out of stock or completely sold out. In this instance you will be notified immediately with full details, and asked for alternative instructions.
